SHORT VACATION

Originally released by Rockaway Label in 1988, this album was picked up by Gold Castle due to the popularity of the song “The Performer”, a hit on the Easy Jazz radio networks all over the Unitied States.  For Vance, Short Vacation represents an embryonic stage in his development as a singer and acted as a necessary bridge for his current endeavors with the Planotones.  To hear and see "The Performer", click here.
